Health Champion carries Olympic Torch

Health Champion Caroline Waugh was one of many community activists chosen to carry the Olympic torch on its journey round South Yorkshire. Caroline was nominated for her inspirational personal journey to improved health and wellbeing through learning to ride a recumbent trike, and her  role as an “inclusive cycling champion”. Caroline has contributed hundreds of hours of activity with ZEST, CTC, Cycling for All in Hillsborough Park and as a speaker and blogger promoting the Community Health Champions programme. Congratulations Caroline!
