SYHA is a charitable not-for-profit organisation. Our approach is centred on a set of strongly held values that are at the core of everything we do. The provision of housing for people with care and support needs has been a defining feature of SYHA since our inception in 1972. Supported housing services currently account for one third of our housing stock portfolio. We work with a wide range of vulnerable people, including:
-People with mental health issues
-People with substance misuse issues
-People with a learning difficulty
-People who are Homeless
-Young people leaving care/at risk
-People who have offended or are risk of offending
-Older adults
